During his career, Paddy has interviewed more than 10,000 people across a wide variety of roles and industries, from gaming to defence. Helping to hire everything from CTOs and Engineers to Sales Leaders to Mechanics.

Paddy is passionate about expanding access, about giving talented, driven individuals, regardless of background, an opportunity to thrive.

Once upon a time Paddy dreamed of being a singer in a rock and roll band.

Harry has spent his entire career focused on delivering new product experiences through cutting-edge software. He led engineering on Atomico's industry-leading data analytics and insights platform, as well as deploying LLM's and GenAI products to support the investment team.

Previously, Harry led product and engineering at Kinscape, leading the business through a pivot and platform redesign. Before this Harry was an early engineer at Ava Security, a CCTV software startup later acquired by Motorola. Harry is the youngest person to row the channel solo.

Harry has been lucky enough to have worked with some excellent recruiters when making career moves, and wants to bring that experience to everyone at Dex.

Andrea has spent the last 15 years helping companies and individuals launch, grow, and thrive.

From transforming niche podcasts into seven-figure businesses at London Real, to guiding leading UK startups like Marshmallow and Humble Grape through successful brand projects and fundraising initiatives, Andrea knows how to align passion with purpose.

Inspired by childhood dreams of becoming a mad scientist like Doc from 'Back to the Future' and having placed second in an amateur bodybuilding contest, Dre combines creativity, discipline, and a dash of eccentricity to drive results.

Mark ‘Nev’ Nevill is an experienced software engineer with more than 10 years experience. Nev started his career in reliability engineering at Google working across release automation, observability and launches as an SRE on Google Search & Photos. He then went on to build modern cloud infrastructure at Improbable, and later teams, platforms and CAD Visualisation for construction at Sensat. He is now focussed on putting AI into production at Dex.

Nev has been exploring AI since high school and is excited to finally work with it professionally. When he isn’t engineering or learning Mandarin, Nev can often be found at Drum and Bass raves, cycling the beautiful hills of Taiwan, or exploring south & east Asia
