Referral Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 29 April 2025
The Dex Talent Ltd (“Dex”) Referral Scheme (the “Scheme”) is open to individuals aged 18 or over who have a valid Dex account and a unique referral ID. Employees of Dex and their immediate families are not eligible.
To participate, you must share your unique referral ID with your friends or contacts on or after the Effective Date set out above. To qualify for a reward, your referred friend or contact must: (i) use your referral ID when signing up to Dex, (ii) successfully secure a role introduced through Dex, and (iii) remain employed in that role for at least 90 consecutive days. An introduction shall be deemed made via Dex if the relevant role was identified to the referred individual through Dex’s platform, communications, or services, and Dex is recognised by the employer as the source of the introduction. Dex is not responsible for any errors or omissions that result in a referral not being properly registered.
Both you and your referred friend or contact will each receive a reward of £1,000. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. Payment will be made within 30 days after the referred friend or contact has completed 90 consecutive days in their new role. Dex may limit the number of rewards payable to any single participant at its discretion. Dex’s decision as to eligibility for any reward is final and binding.
Please note that:
Referrals must be made before the referred friend signs up with Dex.
Only one referrer can be associated with a referred individual.
Self-referrals are not allowed.
The Scheme applies only to roles sourced via Dex introductions (as determined by Dex in its sole discretion).
You must promptly notify Dex if you become aware that your referred friend or contact’s employment ends before the requisite 90-day period is completed.
Rewards will be paid via bank transfer or another method notified to you by Dex. You are responsible for any tax liabilities arising from receipt of the reward. Payment of rewards may be conditional on completion of any reasonable identity, eligibility, and payment verification procedures required by Dex.
If Dex is unable to pay a reward because of missing or incorrect information, and the participant does not correct this within 30 days of notification, the reward will be forfeited.
Personal information collected through the Scheme will be used and processed in accordance with Dex’s Privacy Policy.
Participation in the Scheme does not create any employment, partnership, agency, or other relationship between participants and Dex.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
Dex reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards if: (a) it reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms; or (b) the referred friend or contact’’s employment is terminated before the 90-day period.
Dex may amend, suspend, or terminate the Scheme at any time without notice.
By participating in the Scheme, you agree to be bound by these terms and any other applicable Dex terms of service and policies. The Scheme is governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
