Founding Sales Lead

At Dex we work closely with Founders, Executives, and Internal Recruitment teams to help them find and connect with exceptional Talent.

In this role you’ll be responsible for connecting with and supporting key clients. This will involve a combination of networking, business development, event management and collaborating with our Head of Growth.

It’s quite likely that the ideal candidate will have recruitment experience, maybe you’ve run a recruitment agency before. Maybe you’ve been a Head of Talent and are now interested in a new challenge.
