Referral Promotion: Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period: 27 April 2026 to 27 May 2026 (1 month). 

Reward: £100 per valid referral. Strictly limited to the first 250 valid referrals.

To participate in the Dex referral promotion, both the Referrer and the Candidate must meet the following criteria.

1. Who Can Refer? (The “Referrer”)

• You must have an active and registered account with Dex.

• You must be currently residing in the United Kingdom.

2. Who Can Be Referred? (The “Candidate”)

• Must be a Software Engineer currently residing in the United Kingdom.

• Must be a new user who has never previously created an account with Dex.

3. What Counts as a “Valid” Referral? 

To trigger the reward, the Candidate must complete all of the following steps within the Promotion Period:

• Create a new account with Dex.

• The Candidate must explicitly state the Referrer’s full name or Dex-registered email address in the Dex chat application during their initial onboarding. Retroactive referrals or forgotten mentions cannot be claimed later.

• The Candidate must successfully apply for a role that Dex has chosen for them and matched them with.

4. Payout Process

• Payouts for this promotion will be handled manually.

• Once a valid referral is confirmed, the Dex team will deliver the £100 gift voucher directly to the email address associated with the Referrer’s Dex account within 30 days.

5. The Fine Print

• This offer is strictly capped at the first 250 valid referrals platform-wide. Once 250 payouts have been triggered, the promotion automatically ends, even if the 1-month window has not expired.

  
  

• Dex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

• Dex reserves the right to withhold payouts if we suspect spam, bot activity, collusion, or if Candidates are applying for roles they are clearly unqualified for purely to trigger the reward.

• Self-referrals (creating multiple accounts using different email addresses) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.

• Dex retains the sole right at its discretion to determine whether a referral is valid, and all decisions regarding payouts are final.

• Any and all rewards are considered taxable income. Referrers are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes to HMRC (or their relevant local tax authority) resulting from this payout.

• Participating in this promotion does not create any employment, agency, or contractor relationship between the Referrer and Dex.
